Cancellation Policy

To provide each guest with the highest level of care and an intentional, unrushed experience, the following booking policies are in place: Confirmations & Reminders We’ll send appointment confirmations and reminders by text and email. Deposits A 50% non-refundable, non transferible deposit is required at booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied to your service total. Cancellations & Modifications We kindly require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations, rescheduling, and or any modifications to scheduled appts. • Less than 72 hours: 50% of the service total charged (the deposit) • Within 24 hours or same-day: 100% of the service total charged (the balance) Appointments within 72 hours must be adjusted by texting your provider directly. Late Arrivals A 9-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may need to be shortened or rescheduled and may be charged in full.
